Premier has been very thorough in looking into the problem of over voltage coming into the home which ultimately meant the installation of a new circuit board. Austin installed the new board, working 24 hrs. then threw codes and shutting system down via voltage regulator. Penelec is going to install voltage recorder to get to the root of the problem. Brad at Premier has been on top of the situation and we stay in constant communication. They are living up to the claims of superior service! Thanks!
Replaced my 20 year-old HVAC system. The guys that installed it were very Professional. Once the insulation was completed, they showed me their work, explained my new thermostat and made sure that I was happy with my experience. Would highly recommend their service services

Tanner came to fix our air conditioner that stopped working on an extremely hot day. We were not on his original schedule but he fit us in. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got our system up and running. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Tanner.

I had the team from Premier instal a Daikin Mini-split in the garage/shop I had built. Austin arrived promptly and I was glad to see him since he did the installation of the Daikin Heatpump that I had installed a couple of years ago. He was by himself, but he did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and professional, his attention to detail was great to see. He finished the install in about 5 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Premium to all my friends. I have also attached photos to showcase Austin's great work. Thanks again.
The team that showed up to do my installation was awesome, especially the Lead Installer Austin. He was very professional he and his crew did an outstanding job for me. I have attached some before and after photos.
The tech was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I needed a filter and I ran to Lumber Direct and bought one. He was kind enough to put it in since I am 71 and not good on ladders. I strongly recommend him for future work on my AC.
