The technicians from Premier are simply fantastic. They are courteous, detail oriented and very responsive and eager to complete the work needed. They let you know up front what to expect during the performance of the job and going over what has been accomplished.

Donovan was fantastic!! He came out the same day we called when our AC stopped working and quickly got everything taken care of. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure to address all of our concerns. He also offered service plan options that have been a huge help for us.
