Christopher visited my home today to help me decide on a new water heater system. He is very professional but also very kind — and was especially understanding about my current hearing loss and was careful to speak clearly with eye contact. So helpful! He explained two different systems and the advantages of each. This visit turned out to be an estimate for a new system.

The Premier HVAC sales team and install team were very helpful in choosing the right units for my household. Their knowledge and education gave me the confidence to trust that their work was not going to be subpar nor the equipment to be substandard. Each member of the team went above and beyond what was expected of them and took the care needed that everything was clean and to be found in its proper place. Even the office crew were there to help me fill out paperwork and get the rebates that were available with my product purchase. In removing the old unit, it was as if it was not even there. The new units look as if they were meant to be with the house and blend in well with the property. Premier HVAC will be who I recommend to all I know who are in the market for repairs, a new system or regular maintenance and cleaning.
Sebastian is a wonderful young man and he is exceptional in his work ethic. We have 4 systems and he was very thorough with all of them.

Tanner was great! He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable and polite. He serviced the system and installed a new UV lamp. The old one was burned out, and it needed to be updated. I was able to schedule the spring service with Premiere within days, which was very helpful.
