Donovan is a miracle worker. He tackled a complicated string of problems, never giving up, and revived my HVAC, extending its service life and giving me time to plan for the future. Kudos! Well done, Donovan!
The Premier HVAC sales team and install team were very helpful in choosing the right units for my household. Their knowledge and education gave me the confidence to trust that their work was not going to be subpar nor the equipment to be substandard. Each member of the team went above and beyond what was expected of them and took the care needed that everything was clean and to be found in its proper place. Even the office crew were there to help me fill out paperwork and get the rebates that were available with my product purchase. In removing the old unit, it was as if it was not even there. The new units look as if they were meant to be with the house and blend in well with the property. Premier HVAC will be who I recommend to all I know who are in the market for repairs, a new system or regular maintenance and cleaning.
Sebastian is a wonderful young man and he is exceptional in his work ethic. We have 4 systems and he was very thorough with all of them.

Tanner was great! He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable and polite. He serviced the system and installed a new UV lamp. The old one was burned out, and it needed to be updated. I was able to schedule the spring service with Premiere within days, which was very helpful.

Logan and Poper did an outstanding job on my HVAC installation. They arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, including how long everything would take. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and took great care of my property.
Logan was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way and why it mattered. After the install, he walked me around the house, explained everything that was done, and showed me how all the systems function.
They also left the workspace spotless—everything was cleaned up and all materials were removed, which I really appreciated.
Logan and Poper were excellent, and I'm very glad they handled my installation. I'll be recommending Premier every chance I get. Great job, guys, and thank you again!
Sebastian and Sam were extremely professional, timely and detailed when it came to evaluating our A/C system for the Spring/Summer ahead.
Cleaned coils on the interior air handler and exterior condenser, and provided a detailed maintenance summary report for our home records.
