Submitted an online service request at 0800 for a cracked condensate drain. Mike called and said he was on his way about 1030 and was done by 1130. Super easy and hassle free experience.

I called in the morning and they came that afternoon ????The staff is amazing, thorough and accommodating! I needed to leave unexpectedly but everything worked out beautifully! The office staff was so patient and kind when fielding my calls and then the technician- Alexander - was super thorough and knowledgeable- he explained what he was doing and why and was super accommodating with our dogs too. I would highly recommend! So thankful for this great experience.
The techs showed up when they were supposed to. They were very polite and friendly. I was impressed that such young men could do such a good and thorough job. Their parents raised them right and their training techs should be proud of the work ethic they have.
Premier techs showed up when expected, replaced our furnace and HVAC condenser and reconnected our thermostat so it can be adjusted remotely. They even went back to check the operation of the thermostat when it had a problem possibly due to a thunderstorm.

Mike was at my house within a hour from when I called. He was courteous. He showed me the estimate before he did the work. I was so impressed I bought the service plan! Premier will be the only company I will have at my house!!
