Sebastian was the one providing me with the first time service with Premiere HVAC. I'm happy to say I am very satisfied with this first cooling system visit. Sebastian informed me of his actions he was planning to take and kept me in a loop through the process. I am impressed how efficient, professional and nice he was. Christopher visited my home today to help me decide on a new water heater system. He is very professional but also very kind — and was especially understanding about my current hearing loss and was careful to speak clearly with eye contact. So helpful! He explained two different systems and the advantages of each. This visit turned out to be an estimate for a new system.
