Last year year had a seasonal maintenance inspection. Technician was courteous and seemed thorough. Suggested a preventative part replacement but was no pressure.
Today had to call for a repair. Technician arrived close to the start of the appointment window and was also courteous. While the repair wasn't complicated, I had confidence in his ability and service. I will stay with this company.
Dawson was phenomenal, definitely going to be our go to technician
Tyler C. came out to service our AC for a compressor issue. He determines the problem in minutes, gave me a verbal quote and fixed the issue nearly as fast. He then spent 30 or so more minutes evaluating the general condition and operation of the AC unit. The knowledgeable technician (Tyler), the reasonable pricing, and the added service of looking over everything before leaving puts Premier miles above its competitors.
Dawson was very thorough in going through all maintenance work required for our splits and hvac unit. He even pointed out in his report that the Daikin apps are now unable to control our thermostat from iPhones. This worked perfectly prior when I bought originally
Tanner was very helpful and answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me.
