Donovan came to our home to check on an unusual vibration type noise associated, we felt, with our heat pump. We didn't know where it was originating from so he had a puzzle to solve. He was very thorough in trying to find the source and ultimately figured it out. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with his knowledge of our system. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time and was more than helpful and very friendly. Thanks Donovan!

Lucas came out to service our system, adjusted our internal settings and added a surge protector to the fan motor. Everything is working great! He was informative and didn't talk down to us. What a breath of fresh air in this day when it seems so many do the least amount to get by. I would recommend him highly!

We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service, routine and emergency. This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible. We lost heat two days before the biggest winter snow storm and our house was unbearably cold. We called after hours and decided to wait until the next morning to get on the schedule. Tanner came out that next day after he was on another job all day. He arrived at 4:30pm and didn't leave until almost 9:30pm. He explained everything to us and got us warranty coverage and discounts wherever possible. We are so grateful to Tanner for working hard in the freezing temps and the dark to get us heat back in time, and to the entire Premier team for always being a trustworthy and reliable company.

Tanner was at my home sooner than expected and had my boiler operating within a short time.

The Lady in your office Shelly was very kind and understanding when I called and said I had no heat. She made sure to have tech at my house soon as she could.
