Absolutely outstanding experience! In mid-April we called several HVAC companies for an estimate to replace our 22-year-old HVAC system. Matt Thompson, Premier HVAC representative, responded above and beyond to help us select the perfect HVAC system for our vacation condo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand with no pressure at all. Matt gave honest recommendations to tailor the system to our needs. From the first conversation to the final decision, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure we got the best fit for our financial pocketbook and comfort level in the condo. He followed through on everything he promised. Matt and Premier HVAC took the extra time to conduct an actual HVAC Manual J calculation to ensure our condo received the proper sized unit. This was a time-consuming process and extra expense on the company in order to provide the free estimate. Their two-year satisfaction guarantee is an added benefit many other companies do not provide. It takes time to use the system to its optimum potential before one knows if it is doing the true job as intended. After selecting Matt and Premier HVAC, Matt continued to work with us, answering the many questions we continued to discover working through the process. We are confident Premier HVAC is a total customer and equipment satisfaction company. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend him and the company, Premier HVAC, to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.
