Our tech Brady was on time, knew his trade very well, explained things so I could understand and gave us great options. He asked the right questions to get the answers he needed to assess the issue. It was resolved same day and also gave us a plan if anything else were to happen. Professional and easy to work with! Also, the company texted us ahead so we knew his name and what he looked before hand so that was very professional to begin with!

Tech's arrived on time. They were very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was a longer repair, but the guys showed no signs of being bothered by the timely repair nor questions being asked. They waited to ensure my home was properly cooling and when it wasn't as desired they took extra time to add coolant and wait until it was working as expected. After a very terrible service with another company we are so happy to have found Premier! We highly recommend if you want upfront pricing, honesty and professionalism to use Premier.
Drew was knowledgeable and informative. Will use again. Jordan stopped by and checked our system this weekend. System was working fine but he helped with the issue outside of his job. Very thankful that we used Premiere three years ago.

Love the rapid response from Premier HVAC and the serviceman who came out on Sunday night to repair our air conditioner was top notch. He certainly went above and beyond to make sure the unit was working properly.
Dawson helped us identify a few possible problems today. He was very professional, polite, and patient with explaining everything. 5 stars all across the board.!!
