Tanner was professional from beginning to end. I am recovering from knee surgery and he made sure to come to me with questions or information instead of making me come to him and he was more than willing to take verbal directions to our unit instead of needing to be shown where to go. He was efficient but also very personable. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

Had an excellent experience. Swade was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful rep! He made sure I understood my options and worked with my schedule to meet and discuss. The install went super smoothly and Logan explained everything they were doing in a simple to understand manner (I ask a lot of questions). The new ac/heat pump unit works better than I imagined. Very happy.
Great experience with Premier including our maintenance with Donovan, our sales experience with Matt, and our new heat pump install with Austin, Dylan, and Lucas. Our system has been running great for a couple months now- no issues and saving us on efficiency already. Thank you!
