Sebastian was the one providing me with the first time service with Premiere HVAC. I'm happy to say I am very satisfied with this first cooling system visit. Sebastian informed me of his actions he was planning to take and kept me in a loop through the process. I am impressed how efficient, professional and nice he was. UPDATE: After speaking with the manager who reached out to us everything was explained clearly. We feel much better knowing that our questions and concerns were addressed. Customer service is too notch with Premier!

Very pleasant service technician. However we were disappointed to be billed even though we have a 10 year warranty.
