My Honeywell Thermostat went blank, I called Premier to come to look at it. Technician Tyler found a blown fuse and replaced it. System worked again. But the the next day, system went out again. Premier sent Ryan J. to diagnose the problem. He was extremely friendly and professional. He went through all the systems to find that the heat pump had a bare wire arcing and causing the short to blow the fuse. He repaired the wire, rechecked all the systems, heat pump and Emergency heat. All systems a GO! There was NO charge! I'm signed up with Premier as my HVAC guru! I trust their knowledge and honestly to handle all my HVAC needs. Ryan J. is one of many assets with the company, building trust and goodwill among the community. Well done.! Very nice repair man. Have had two repairs to furnace in August and October. Hope that will be enough repairs for the winter. I understand it's an older oil furnace.
