When my water heater unexpectedly went out on Sunday, I called Premier HVAC Services on Monday, hoping to get an estimate for a replacement. What followed was an incredibly efficient and professional experience that exceeded my expectations.
Jordan's Expertise and Honest Advice:
On Tuesday afternoon, Jordan arrived to provide an estimate. I was initially leaning towards a tankless water heater, but Jordan, with his extensive knowledge, thoroughly addressed all my questions and concerns. He advised that, in my specific scenario, a traditional style water heater, particularly one of the newer Inverter Heat Pump Water Heater systems, would actually be more efficient. I truly appreciated his honest assessment and the valuable insights he provided. We decided on a traditional system, appropriately sized for my family's needs, and discussed the necessary modifications from my old 12-year-old unit. We tentatively scheduled installation for Thursday, pending part availability.
