When my water heater unexpectedly went out on Sunday, I called Premier HVAC Services on Monday, hoping to get an estimate for a replacement. What followed was an incredibly efficient and professional experience that exceeded my expectations.
Jordan's Expertise and Honest Advice:
On Tuesday afternoon, Jordan arrived to provide an estimate. I was initially leaning towards a tankless water heater, but Jordan, with his extensive knowledge, thoroughly addressed all my questions and concerns. He advised that, in my specific scenario, a traditional style water heater, particularly one of the newer Inverter Heat Pump Water Heater systems, would actually be more efficient. I truly appreciated his honest assessment and the valuable insights he provided. We decided on a traditional system, appropriately sized for my family's needs, and discussed the necessary modifications from my old 12-year-old unit. We tentatively scheduled installation for Thursday, pending part availability.

To my surprise and delight, I received a call this morning (Wednesday) from Logan T., who informed me he had already picked up the new tank and was on his way! Logan and his crew arrived ready to work. They were incredibly professional and patiently answered all my questions throughout the removal and installation process. Logan truly valued my input, taking the time to lay out the best options for the installation, considering location, aesthetics, and ease of future maintenance. His craftsmanship is top-tier, and the new system looks and functions perfectly.

Tyler our serviceman, was great. He let us know when he was on his way. He did everything he was suppose to and cleaned up nicely.

My wife already gave a 5 star review, I'm also giving 5 stars. Everyone from Premier was fantastic from the lady on the phone to the techs. Everyone there kept in touch with us to get our AC fixed as soon as possible. I was surprised at how quickly they were done once the motor came in. They were done and cleaned up long before I would have been done cursing if I did it myself. I'd HIGHLY recommend them!
Branson and Austin worked the entire time they were here. They were polite and kind. They explained what they were doing and what still needed completed at the end of each day. They found another problem and offered solutions. I am very pleased with the work of these two young men.
A note to let you know that Tyler and Trevor were extremely professional, extremely friendly and extremely on point with the services they provided for me. I would recommend them to every job you have for them.
