It was a big job and this team was great! Hard working guys, very professional and respectful, and patient with my questions and requests. They were here when they said they'd be, communicated their plans each day, and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. No complaints. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

Drew let me know via text when he would arrive. He introduced himself upon arrival and serviced the HVAC and explained the process. He advised and explained a necessary addition. I was satisfied with the appointment.
Couldn't ask for better service. Came on scheduled time, found problem with ac unit, made required repairs. Technician (Ty) was very knowledgeable and professional.

I have recommended Premier HVAC to many and I have them service my heat pump at home. Their Technician Drew, came and did an excellent job. He was professional and helpful in answering a few questions. He cleaned up afterwards and made sure the unit was functioning properly.
