Excellent service! Premier (Jordan) performed an extensive survey or our home and it's systems. He gave me several different options to choose from for compatible replacement systems. Logan and Kendal did excellent install work. They were very thorough in explaining to me what was going where. They worked long hours each day to finish that particular floor system. They both were very friendly and had no problem answering my questions. When finished Logan walked me through what all was done. He went over the install and answered my questions. He went over the thermostat operation and setup too. Their work looked very neat and showed great craftsmanship. Premier has always treated us very well in their service and their new installs are just as good. Thanks Premier!!

Premier sent flyers over the years and I kept one " just in case". That "just in case" moment arrived this Summer 2024, when a whole house dehumidifier was needed for the problematic crawl space. The dehumidifiers I had been using and going through a number of them, just weren't ideal. So, I called to see if they had and could do. Jordan came out to explain what they had to offer. Days later, Trystan did the installation when the dehumidifier arrived. Professional and top-notch workmanship. The whole process was outstanding from the beginning to the end. Thank you !
