10/14/2025 Premier sent Tyler to install new burners into my emergency propane Heating system. He was extremely friendly and professional. He replaced the burners quickly. rechecked all the systems, All systems a GO! The charge for the 3 burners and labor were less than I expected. I'm signed up with Premier as my HVAC guru! I trust their knowledge and honestly to handle all my HVAC needs. Tyler is one of many assets with the company, building trust and goodwill among the community. Well done.! Alex, had great communication and called prior to arriving a little earlier than expected. Explained everything he checked and condition if system. I appricate the professional work.
I'll tell you this....there's no other company that will provide the service like these guys. My install team was top notch and went above and beyond. I enjoy seeing young men working in skilled trades and this team DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Update:
18 months in and everything is still working tip top. Dwight recently came by to perform the scheduled maintenance and all's working well. Great service from these folks. I highly recommend.
