Matt diagnosed the issue and solved my problem. He spent time explaining what went wrong, what he did to correct the issue and setup a future service call to complete the process based on a part required that he did not have on the service van. Matt is an excellent face and customer service rep for Premier HVAC and you should be glad he's there.
