Richie was prompt and was quick to diagnose the issue. Offered a solution by explaining it to me in normal human words I could understand (which I appreciated).

I had these guys out to diagnose my furnace fan not turning off automatically. Richie came out and immediately started looking for a switch for manual mode. It was found, switched to auto and problem solved.
I'm always skeptical of companies coming out, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area, and taking advantage of me.
