To start meeting with the salesman .. he took all the time to listen to what I needed and he did all the proper measurements and calculations to determine what was needed and came back a week later with 7 options.. we reviewed all the options and discussed the benefits of each unit to best choose the correct unit and budget... installation crew.. came on time and they worked together as a team .. very friendly and courteous.. took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat and the do's and don'ts to get the most out of the new Daikin unit
Andrew was professional and very open to answering our questions. He was great at explaining how everything worked. Great service! Will definitely ask for him by name when our a/c maintenance is due next year!
