Excellent customer service! Premier installed a mini split for us 11 months ago. When a drain tube became loose and started to drip on a Sunday afternoon, I called right away. Even though it was Sunday, Terry called back immediately. He had a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional technician, James, out the next day, who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without charge.
