Very grateful for Ryan and Logan for they both not only installed our vents and new HVAC system they were knowledgeable(willing to share knowledge), friendly, and efficient.
Ryan installed a new vent in our kitchen that required custom work and even though it was a bit of a challenge to prep the space for the new vent he did a great job. Clean lines and no damage to the surrounding cabinet, looks like the vent has always been there. Went above and beyond in several areas.
We also had our ducts cleaned- it's nice to have a piece of mind that junk has been removed.
All of this great work was done after our salesman Jordan really did a stellar job in helping us to understand what our choices were and what would be the best system for us that would be in our price range. Jordan truly answered all of my "interesting" questions and concerns while we were making our decision. No pressure or gimmicks just provided real knowledgable information with a smile.
Now we are a part of premier land :)

Technician called to come early, wore shoe covers inside the house. He checked gas furnace, replaced a weak capacitor and upsold me the annual maintenance plan for $199 plus I paid for the furnace maintenance call. So Premier has my $199 at least 6 months before I will need next maintenance (AC). The plan did get me a 20% discount on the expensive part. Technician Tanner was courteous, well-groomed.
The service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and helped answer many questions.
Ryan and Logan were courteous, explained the work they were doing and cleaned up when they are finished.
Richie was prompt and was quick to diagnose the issue. Offered a solution by explaining it to me in normal human words I could understand (which I appreciated).
Overall he was super awesome to deal with. Highly recommend.
I had these guys out to diagnose my furnace fan not turning off automatically. Richie came out and immediately started looking for a switch for manual mode. It was found, switched to auto and problem solved.
I'm always skeptical of companies coming out, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area, and taking advantage of me. Richie put my skepticism to rest when he said his desire is to give the customer the best experience possible and I experienced that from him today That's the kind of company I want working for me. Thanks Richie!
