We had a new heat pump system installed by Premier. Trystan and Tyler arrived within the timeframe we were given. They removed the old system and had the new system up and running in a few hours. The reason I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars is there was an issue with the system that night and we woke up the next morning without any heat. I called the office and they sent someone as soon as they could. Tanner came out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short amount of time.

Logan and Ryan are both class acts. They're down to earth guys who obviously know what they're doing and work hard and take pride in their work. They are very helpful and even helped us clean the mold off from behind our old system. I highly recommend them.

Had a new heat pump and air handler installed. Everything from the estimate to the installation was seamless. Installation crew did an excellent job, were courteous and informative. Answered any questions we had, and the install looks excellent. Great quality. Looking forward to the updated unit saving us some money the rest of this winter and this summer.

The workers showed up on time and they were courteous and professional. The installation was completed a few hours earlier than the estimated time frame.
