Great service! Any questions answered and the staff were professional. I would definitely recommend. We had to have our central air replaced. Upon the inspection it was discovered that the unit we previously had was too big for our home so it was not working efficiently. It kept turning on and off till finally did not come back on. We got a smaller Lennox unit and it is working fantastic. I'm not hot anymore! ????????????
In January 2017 my oil heating system stopped working. I called Premier HVAC Services, and Mike Witmer scheduled a service visit that day. Mike assessed the situation and gave me several furnace options. Because my furnace was over 30 years old, I decided to do a new furnace install. Mike ordered my new furnace and setup the install for me. Ryan and Garrett, from the Premier HVAC Service team performed my furnace install. The install only took a few hours and there wasn't a mess to clean up afterwards. After they left, I inspected their work and my new furnace looked great and my furnace area has never been cleaner. Thanks guys for being so efficient and clean.
Just recently, Mike Witmer returned to my house to optimize my air conditioning unit. This was a free service that was included with my furnace install. Thanks to all of the Premier HVAC Service team!
Premier is a company that truly provides professional service from start to finish. From answering a telephone call with a question to running out to your house for an emergency you can count on them to be there for their customers. Recently, Mike W. performed our annual service. He was thorough, and went above and beyond as always. We will be long term customers with Premier.
