AC issues on a Saturday night. Called the number and a human answered and Drew was here first thing on Sunday Morning as promised. Found the issue, explained our options and made the repair on the same day. Great experience as always with Premier!
We have oak trees that leave stings and pollen all over our roof and driveway and our heatpump doesn't escape the trees spring dump. Drew was very friendly and got our outdoor unit practically looking like new.
