This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in any sort of improvement, project, loan, etc..and it's not even close. The entire process was well done, easy, and the only somewhat long part wasn't Premier at all, it was the credit financing. Everything was explained perfectly, step by step, better than almost all. The guys went above and beyond during installation. Any changes that were made for my convenience based on the walls and house were explained and asked about every time. They got here first thing in the morning and stayed for over eleven hours to ensure my household had working air in one day instead of two. Even cleaned up everything from the wall itself in the rooms down to dust. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and all the workers I interacted with. Absolutely worth a five star review. Will be recommending Premier to anyone that asks me or I know is looking for improving their systems. Thank you all very much for your time and effort for me and my family, so so much.

Drew was very professional and thoughtfully recommended surge protectors for the AC unit and blower motor. I was pleased to get that work done in addition to the semi-annual check-up.
