Premier installed a new ductless mini-split system for us. They were nothing short of professional from beginning to end. Mike came by to evaluate my home for its heating and cooling requirements. He was thorough in his evaluation and answered every question i had, in addition to taking the time to educate me so I would understand my options. Trystan, Ty, and Tyler were extremely professional installers. They were clean, and efficient and consulted me promptly when any small changes were required. They worked hard and the installation turned out even better than i had hoped.
Very grateful for Ryan and Logan for they both not only installed our vents and new HVAC system they were knowledgeable(willing to share knowledge), friendly, and efficient.
Ryan installed a new vent in our kitchen that required custom work and even though it was a bit of a challenge to prep the space for the new vent he did a great job. Clean lines and no damage to the surrounding cabinet, looks like the vent has always been there. Went above and beyond in several areas.
We also had our ducts cleaned- it’s nice to have a piece of mind that junk has been removed.
All of this great work was done after our salesman Jordan really did a stellar job in helping us to understand what our choices were and what would be the best system for us that would be in our price range. Jordan truly answered all of my “interesting” questions and concerns while we were making our decision. No pressure or gimmicks just provided real knowledgable information with a smile.
Now we are a part of premier land :)

Andrew performed maintenance on our system. He was very professional, pleasant and considerate and he answered our questions in an open and honest manner. We would definitely use Premier HVAC again.
The team at Premier is top notch, very responsive, courteous, and explain all aspects of their services. They removed our old AC unit and ductwork and replaced it with an updated AC and heatpump system. They removed our old ductwork and replaced and rerouted our ductwork to make it more efficient.
They are very knowledgeable and a great crew of men. They are hard workers and do not waste any time. They were sure to ask questions when needed and answer any
of our questions we had. They were sure to clean up after the job was completed each day. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a great company that was able to provide ample options for my new mini split system and was able to get everything installed and working all in less than a month! Great customer service, communication and updates throughout! Highly highly recommend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
