Great experience - Austin and Branson were very professional. They explained steps and asked for input to ensure the project went as expected. Installation of a mini-split system in a unique and challenging older home went smoothly. Left job site clean - even included wiping out the gutters! Would highly recommend Premier HVAC. ???? Dylan did a great job replacing our heat pump coil. He was quick and courteous, and had us back up and running in no time.
I personally think that Austin and Branson did a Fantastic job! They came in and completed the work around the time they said they would be done. They both were very respectful, mannerly, and very hard working! For the work they were doing it seemed to be a 3 person job but those two seemed to do it with ease!! Even replacing all 3 breakers even though I believe only one needed replaced!! They even cleaned up after themselves once they were done with a little shop vac!! And were very kind when explaining what they would be doing that day!
Dylan & Kendal handled themselves professionally. Arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the repair work. The system is operating again. Thank you to Premier!
The Premier HVAC team did a fantastic job at installing my new system. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.
Premier was SO accommodating! Starting out with a tech repair person coming to see what was wrong with our system. He was constantly communicating with us as to what he was doing. Then to find out our system couldn't get repaired and Jordan came very quickly to discuss our options. Jordan was also so very accommodating to get the team here in a timely manner (3 business days!) to install our system. The team (Austin C, Branson T & Kendal J) that came was very polite and explained everything.
Top notch company with excellent service from sales to installation. By far the best experience I've had with HVAC services.
