My heat pump went down on the first day of the heat wave so it was 99 in my house. I called the service I used and the gentleman gave me the news I didn't want to hear. The condenser needed to be replaced. When I called several dealers to get quotes the wait time ranged from 2 days to two weeks and when I explained how hot it was in the house everyone was sympathetic but the time lines held fast. Finally, I called Premier and what a difference!!!! The professional service started with the woman who answered the phone. She was able to send someone out that day and in addition to supplying a quote , he would also be bringing two window air conditioners. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Jordan arrived at 2:30, assessed the entire house, taking the time to do a thorough inspection, even the crawl space about the garage which was small, fill with storage and definitely hot, and in the process discovered why the one bedroom never got proper ventilation. Jorden even stayed to explain the quote to my son. That to me was exceptional service and goes above and beyond. I signed the contract and installation date was set for two weeks out but Jordan said he would try to get it earlier a few days later Trystan and Austin came to install the new unit and the excellent service continued. Both installers not only knew what they were doing but again went the extra mile by being considerate of my dogs but also when they had to move a large, heavy piece of furniture, I asked them to leave it out so that I could clean behind it. When they were finished they asked me to check behind it and if I approved of their cleaning, they would move it back in place. Again, another example of going above and beyond. Therefore, I can't say enough positives about the service I received and would give a ten star ?? rating.

This was our first time with Premier and we are very pleased with the service given. Very professional and friendly. He took his time and was very thorough cleaning our AC unit. When we mentioned we might be interested in duct cleaning he even called to set up an estimate for us. Would definitely recommend Premier.

After old company merging with Premier HVAC, I was hesitant about the merger. Drew came out and serviced our equipment and he was very professional! He pointed out things that will help me with longevity of my equipment. Andrew eased my anxiety with the merger. Looking forward to a long standing business relationship with Premier HVAC.
You really get the whole package with Premier HVAC Services. From ordering a system to completion of the job. Fast friendly services, these guys really know there stuff. They awnserd all my questions and then some. I felt completely confident I was getting the system I truly needed and not anything more. Never felt any pressure to buy, once i recived there quotes. I was presented with multiple options to fit my budget. Each of which they went over in detail.
On the day of installation the lead walked me through exactly what they were going to do and about how long it would take. The installation was done in a matter or hours, with little to no noise. Completely cleaned the areas they had worked at, to a level cleaner then befor they started. After finishing the work they walked me through how to clean and operate the system to get the most out of it.
I will say this they may not be the cheapest around but, you get what you pay for! I am so glad i chose Premier HVAC Services to install my new system. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks
