Dylan and Kendal went above and beyond for us for getting our duct cleaning done. They were very informative from start to finish on the duct work and all that it entailed. I would recommend to any and everyone Premier as the process was truly seamless from start to finish.

Drew was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and necessary repairs. I didn't fully understand the billing and service plan options and he clearly explained the options and what would be the most cost effective.
The tech was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I needed a filter and I ran to Lumber Direct and bought one. He was kind enough to put it in since I am 71 and not good on ladders. I strongly recommend him for future work on my AC.
Scheduled a yearly maintenance service and Drew was great! He explained everything to my husband and I, took pictures to show us what he found and was going to fix. Highly recommend this company and will have them back for any service needed.
