Dwight was amazing. He was very thorough in explaining everything that he was doing with us and explained everything that we got in the packages and was just all around Great. We're gonna ask for him every time that it's time for our six month check ups because we purchased the package????

Dick & I are so very pleased with our new central A/C system from Premier HVAC! . Our first contact was Swade Monn and he visited twice to study the house for sizing of the unit. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We never felt pressured to make a decision. He also installed a window unit to get us through the 6 days till the install. The installation reps were Austin C & Kendal J, they were here 2 days & were very conscious of not interfering with our daily routine. They were tidy, efficient and professional. When they finished the work area was spotless, we'd rate them 10 out of 10. As the owners of 2 retail stores we know that represents expert management and would hope to train our employees with the same expertise. Kudos Premier! Dick & Donna Grosh
It is difficult to put in words our experience with Tanner. So.. I'll say he more than met our expectations with servicing our heat pump. He also serviced our spiritual and physical needs this day. We are praising and thanking God for this man. May more or all of your employees serve your customers with such competence and care. Thank you for having him on your staff. We are extremely happy with having a new heat pump installed. The install was clean and professionally done. Time was taken with going above what needed to be done, the small things, detail is what separates a mediocre business with a great business. Professionalism with the installers is obviously a priority. We have nothing but good things to say.
