Technician was very professional and kept me informed
We had our winter maintenance done today. A power issue, a voltage overage was discovered. I was told to call the power company and to call them back after the power company fixed the voltage issue. The issue was fixed and they came back and finished the maintenance and verified everything is as it should be.
Tanner was very helpful. We greatly appreciate him taking a look at our unit and recommending a lower merv rated filter to decrease noise.

Branson and Austin worked the entire time they were here. They were polite and kind. They explained what they were doing and what still needed completed at the end of each day. They found another problem and offered solutions. I am very pleased with the work of these two young men.
Donovan came to our home to check on an unusual vibration type noise associated, we felt, with our heat pump. We didn't know where it was originating from so he had a puzzle to solve. He was very thorough in trying to find the source and ultimately figured it out. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with his knowledge of our system. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time and was more than helpful and very friendly. Thanks Donovan!
