Donovan was very friendly and easy to work with. He did a thorough job of checking everything and communicating what needs to be done and what he was doing. Very pleased with the service.
Premier went above and beyond in installing our complete heating and AC system . Logan explained what was going to happen every day and then recapped it in the evening. Once complete he walked me through each piece of equipment and the installation of it. If he was going to be arriving at a different time than originally agreed upon he called to inform us.
