I had my HVAC system installed by Austin C. & Branson T. today. They were polite, considerate of my home by covering their shoes at all times and protecting my carpet from debris. Austin took the time to answer my questions, explain how the system worked, and helped me set up the App. They worked nonstop from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00p.m. which I think is incredible since the temperature was well over 90 degrees. Their diligence and team work exceeded my expectations and because of them I would rate my experience with Premier HVAC as excellent.
They were prompt to arrive during the arrival window. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors. They were very respectful and knowledgeable about the system. They explained the process in terms we could easily understand. They were communicative throughout the day of work and completed the work quicker than expected.

Dylan & Kendal were here yesterday to install new AC system.They worked really hard from 7:00am til 3:30. until everything was in order. I highly commend them for their excellent workmanship!! I am very pleased with the outcome! Great job guys????
Great experience - Austin and Branson were very professional. They explained steps and asked for input to ensure the project went as expected. Installation of a mini-split system in a unique and challenging older home went smoothly. Left job site clean - even included wiping out the gutters! Would highly recommend Premier HVAC. ????
