Christopher visited my home today to help me decide on a new water heater system. He is very professional but also very kind — and was especially understanding about my current hearing loss and was careful to speak clearly with eye contact. So helpful! He explained two different systems and the advantages of each. This visit turned out to be an estimate for a new system.

Great experience - Austin and Branson were very professional. They explained steps and asked for input to ensure the project went as expected.
