Austin and Dylan were great! I was working from home throughout the day and appreciated that the conversations they had while here were positive and definitely not like other contractors I have heard in our house. They did great work and were quick and tidy.

Devin called before showing up about 1/2 hour early. I shared symptoms with him. He knew exactly where to go and what the problem was. It was a bad capacitor. Capacitor was covered under the warrenty. Just had the 89$ service call. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Devin everytime.

I have a duplex so I had both units cleaned today. Tanner was knowledgeable and honest with me, letting me know my dinosaur unit in my rental is on its way out and set up a visit for a quote for next week right away. Knowing I didn't want to wait into the winter months, he was quick. He also was honest about what would/could happen if I don't address this sooner rather than later. I appreciate that he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid. He was kind and courteous.
