The tech was polite and helpful
Great service from the service tech reps and office personnel. All of the employees we have been in contact with are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of their job. Alex came today, cleaned our split unit, showed me the dirt he got rid of and I'm ashamed to say we were only cleaning the filters. He cleaned the entire unit! We definitely will be breathing clean air. We have a contract with them to service all our units twice a year! So convenient that we don't have to remember to schedule upkeep maintenance. They do that for us! Thank you, Alex... we appreciate you!
Excellent service all the way around. From the estimate that was very thorough, to Matt coming out to discuss all our available options. Even on the installation day the team was fantastic. When everything was done they spent plenty of time taking us through all the new system the physical components and helping us set up the thermostat to our phones. The attitude and friendliness of all the team members is what makes great companies.
