We hadn't had our HVAC system checked in a few years. Lucas did a great job and was very thorough.
Brandon and Logan from Premier HVAC came today May 29, 2026, to install a new Heat Pump system. They were very professional and showed up on time. They respected my residence by laying down floor protection. This was an all day installation. Not a cheap and fast installation. They ensured it was properly installed, tested both the heat and cooling system, walked me through the new thermostat operation and answered all my questions on each step of the install.
At the end they furnished me with all the instruction books and even presented me with the start up commissioning data along with the maintenance agreement pamphlet explaining the program.
Rest assure, Premier HVAC is a contractor you can trust and rely on to give you the information, service, and value you need when it comes to your heat pump.
I am extremely confident in the services rendered.
The Premier team lives up to the name! We had them install a new system and all new duct work in our older home. The team was super efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew is well trained, works well together, and they were very respectful of our home. They even cleaned up after their work (sweeping, dusting things off, etc) each day. They kept us in the loop with each detail and answered all of our questions. The new unit works great and is super quiet. 10/10 recommend!
Had four ductless mini splits installed for heating and cooling. Staff and installation team were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process.
Sebastian was wonderful. He has excellent customer service skills. Others can learn from him. He went the extra mile. Thank you Sebastian. Keep up the great work you do. You need to be commended, as there are very few young people these days who take the time to explain everything and have pride in their work.

The technician was first class knowledgeable, curious the best. Premier HVAC is the best in all aspects of service. I am 100% satisfied with this company. Their srevice and people are just the best.
Premier has been very thorough in looking into the problem of over voltage coming into the home which ultimately meant the installation of a new circuit board. Austin installed the new board, working 24 hrs. then threw codes and shutting system down via voltage regulator. Penelec is going to install voltage recorder to get to the root of the problem. Brad at Premier has been on top of the situation and we stay in constant communication. They are living up to the claims of superior service! Thanks!
