Premier was outstanding! They were more than helpful when we decided to replace our older AC unit. They went over all the options with us and explained everything so I could understand it. The installation team laid drop cloths down while they were working which I thought showed alot of respect and care for their customers. I DEFINITELY recommend them!
Excellent service! They came on a Saturday evening and got my A/C working again! I had tried calling several other HVAC companies advertising 24/7 service and none of them would come, wanted a small fortune, or never called me back. It's great to know there is a company like Premiere that is available in an emergency and provides quality service at a fair price. I will definitely use them again!
Our AC decided to have problems during the heat wave. Our upstairs was close to 90 degrees. Called a couple places who couldnt get us in until next week. Called premier and they were here within the hour! Great service. Our house is cool again and we will be continuing to use premier for maintenance services so that we don't have problems like this again!
I had the pleasure of having Trysten and Draven install my AC. They were pleasant but mostly unheard and unseen. They worked quietly and efficiently. Despite it was costing me to replace my defunct AC they helped me deal well with it. They were nice to my 4-legged furry kid. I would reccommend them to anyone.
Premier HVAC is very responsive and was fast and helpful throughout the purchase process, from the initial quote to the completion of the installation. Ryan and Trystan did clean work and even got done a day earlier than expected. Mike and Tim were both helpful through the process to answer our questions.

I have now made two service calls and I am extremely impressed. Service was fast, efficient and reasonable. Premier showed up when promised and called me to ensure I was ready for them too show up at the door. I am very happy and would recommend to others!!
