I recently purchased a house with an existing HVAC system. After the 2 months of living here and not being able to turn the thermostat below 72, the outside unit kept freezing up, thus leaving us without any kind of cooling. The outside unit and the air handler were installed by the previous owners. I dont have any knowledge when it comes to this type of work. So after looking into different HVAC companies i decided to go with Premier. I called and the lady at the office set up a same day appointment. They called me to let me know someone was on their way. Ashton was the technician that was sent to my house. Once he arrived, which was right on time, i explained to him everything that i knew about the situation. He was very curtious and respectful of me, my house, and dogs. He wore shoe covers every time he came into the house and was very proficient with his work. He was friendly able to fit in conversations as he worked, which is nice so its not awkward as two strangers stand there in silence. Since the previous owners installed everything (and not correctly to mention) it was proving to definitely be a task for professionals. Ashton worked diligently and located several problems with the system. He corrected all problems which was, air restriction from too many filters around the house, the freon was low, and the fan speed in the air handler was not correctly set up. I am very impressed at his level of professionalism and ability to solve problems in a difficult situation. I would highly recommend calling Premier for any and all services required.
