I want to say a special thanks to Tyler and Logan. Im very impressed with these young men's knowledge and skills. Excellent job. Very professional attitudes and product. Im an extremely satisfied customer. They even endured my very nosy and obnoxious 12 week old puppy that left messes everywhere AND they cleaned up his messes. Sorry and thanks guys for going above and beyond!
I have had good experiences with Premier over the years. They come twice a year and service our unit's and if they suggest something to be done we usually do it.
Clean and courteous workers
Always prompt with service, receptionist is polite and attentive to call. Technicians call prior to arrival, and arrive with quoted time. Technicians are knowledgeable and keeps customer updated and informed. Excellent service!
Professional work and attention to detail. All work was explained and I was shown my role in maintenance. This is second system they have installed for me and I would not hesitate calling them again.
