The installers were very friendly and professional. They were were efficient and got the job done quickly.
Matt is a very nice young man. He asked if I was having any problems using my thermostat as he helped me understand the use of it the last time he was here. Wanted to know if I had any questions regarding the gas furnace. I got a possible recall on some furnace parts and he explained to me how to handle it
Premier installed a new ductless mini split system for us. They were nothing short of professional from beginning to end. Mike came by to evaluate my home for its heating and cooling requirements. He was thorough in his evaluation and answered every question i had, in addition to taking the time to educating me so i would understand my options. Trystan, Ty, and Tyler were extremely professional installers. They were clean, efficient and consulted me promptly when any small changes were required. They worked hard and the install turned out even better than i had hoped.
The guys did a great job installing our new heating unit. They were friendly, professional, clean, and everything looked and worked great after the install. I'd highly recommend; premiere made this process easy for us from the financing straight to the install.
Richie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain details to me. Everything was running well and professional.

This was our first maintenance service call with Premier HVAC. Zack performed our heat pump checkup and cleaning, explained the potential issues with our great room temperature fluctuations and setup a consult with their comfort specialist for next week. We look forward to working with Premier on our future home maintenance!
