Semi annual maintenance performed and failing resistor replaced. Tech arrived on time, very respectful of house, pleasant and professional.

Premier HVAC addressed an issue yesterday from a previous visit without complaint or additional charges. They addressed the issue the next day by sending out Matthew. He was timely, professional, and efficient in addressing the issue. We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.
Matt did a VERY good job doing the maintenance on our heating system as well as installing a new thermostat. We are new to the area and never had gas heat or central air. Matt was asked to explain both as well as the thermostat. Thank you Matt.
Matt was very professional. During his visit he wore a mask as well as shoe covers. Matt presented me with a brochure on current service contracts. Matt was honest in his assessment of our current Heat Pump. My wife has already recommended him to our neighbors.
Premier HVAC was very professional. Same day service. I called approx. 8:30am and their technician was at my location by 1:00pm. After the technician confirmed what my issue was they also performed other maintenance, cleanings, and checks to make sure the system everywhere was functioning properly. I would 100% recommend their service.
