We received an entire overhaul which included removing all existing ductwork and replacing with new, replacing existing vents with new, configuring what would be a more efficient heating and cooling system for our entire home

I called last night and Richie was able to come out the next day. Richie did a great job today. I had a bird that got into my AC unit and it was not a pretty sight. He told me how to prevent it from happening again. He removed the poor bird. Gave me info about how the AC works from the outside to the inside. Being on the safe side decided to replace the fan blades since the bird was thumping around inside the unit. I have used Premier HVAC for 6 years now. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
We had Richie come to our house for a service check. He was very professional and answered a ton of questions we had concerning our AC units. I was thankful for his honesty and felt that he was not trying to take advantage of our money.

They very efficiently did a large and rather dirty project and contained it through climbing up & down many steps and through crawl holes, I was most impressed!
