The team at Premier were outstanding. From the time I called with an issue, the salesman Matt's assistance in choosing the correct replacement unit for my home, to the team that installed the new furnace and heat pump, they were not only considerate and professional but found a way to fit me in during their busy Winter season knowing that my home was without heat.
