Everyone from Premier HVAC services did an outstanding job today despite the blistering heat and humidity. Dylan Branson and Lucas worked hand and glove all day long to make the installation go smoothly.
I was impressed with the two competent service representatives. Thorough and professional.
Update: 5 stars because like I said the people are nice! I changed it from 1 star to 5 stars because they reached out and made the situation right. Hopefully this was the last time we have to call them out to fix something with the unit, but I know if we do they will try their hardest to fix it and right the situation. We really appreciate how they reached out to us over the phone and heard our concerns.
One star only because the people are nice, but I'm tired of having a new unit and constantly having to contact them 2-3 times a season or year to come fix a problem with the unit. We still owe tons of money and it's constantly breaking down, or needing something fixed or replaced. And they said there's a part in our unit that THEY KNOW has issues and still won't replace it or fix it or even take money off our bill. Do not recommend. The price is way too much for the issues we have yearly.
The technician was very prompt and friendly during the service. Overall very nice to deal with and answerd my questions.
So glad I chose Premier HVAC. These guys did an excellent job. If I could give more stars I would.
