Just purchased this house. Extreme cold made heat pump not efficient sopropane back up was to come on. It didn't. Premier Hvac sent a tech within an hour on a Sunday. Well worth the peace of mind as he went thru the system to make sure it was operational. Very impressed with his knowledge. Problems solved and I have a warm house. I signed up for a maintenance program.

Devin did a great job! He was able to troubleshoot what the problem was with the furnace-system humidifier/dehumidifier pump. He had the correct equipment & replacement parts, got everything up and running again. Very efficient and helpful. And on a cold Sunday afternoon too!

The technicians were the best you could hope for. Knowledgeable and courteous. But the best was their commitment to completing the task at hand to my satisfaction no matter what obstacles they encountered. Too bad survey only goes to 5 stars...I'd give them a 6.
