Great first experience with Premier. The technician Ty was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered all my questions and provided excellent service. I'm so glad I won't need to be worried about my heating or air conditioning service in the future.

This was such a wonderful experience starting from our estimate with Jordan. We have been though such a terrible experience finding a HVAC company and when we found Premier it was like a weight was lifted off our shoulders. Jordan sat down and explained everything to us and then came back with so many options to choose from. Premier provided us with window units until they were able to install our new unit. They got me in sooner than expected and showed up on time. They worked so hard to complete the job in one day and they did an amazing job. They kept me inform the whole time and were super friendly. Thank you for all your hard work!

I want to say a special thanks to Tyler and Logan. Im very impressed with these young men's knowledge and skills. Excellent job. Very professional attitudes and product. Im an extremely satisfied customer. They even endured my very nosy and obnoxious 12 week old puppy that left messes everywhere AND they cleaned up his messes. Sorry and thanks guys for going above and beyond!
