I recently had a full HVAC system installed at my home, and the team—Logan, Austin, and Kendal—did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were there to replace the entire downstairs system, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out, and the new system is working perfectly. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were dedicated to making sure everything was done right.

The assembly of the unit was incredibly fast, but they never rushed—there was a clear focus on doing things with care. They worked together, even discussing the best airtight methods as they went along, which showed their commitment to doing things properly. Logan and Austin handled the air handler installation, and they showed my multiple best practices for various routing of the drainage, the airflow, and many other things. They were also very content answering my questions along the way. It really boosted my confidence seeing how thorough they were. Kendal focused on the outdoor condenser, installing the pad and the condensor, piping, and all of the connections. He made sure each step of the process was secure, with no leaks, making me feel reassured that every connection was as solid as it could be.

Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with the job they did. The speed at which they completed the work, combined with their high level of detail and care, was truly impressive. I'll definitely be using Premier again when it's time to replace the upstairs unit. A huge thank you to Logan, Austin, and Kendal for their hard work and dedication—you guys did a fantastic job!

Highly recommended for HVAC needs. After our first estimate was done, we were contacted and visited two more times to ensure proper pricing and as to what is needed for the job. The crews are top notch when working in your home. Communication was excellent throughout the entire job. This company cares about their customers, they do not hide anything they discover in your home or lie about anything you do or don't need if having a replacement done. Costs are not hidden either! Will definitely use this company for further HVAC services.
