The technician, (Drew), was on time, professional and totally knowledgeable in all facets of the work. He took the time to explain each step of the process to me and answered all my questions. I called Premier to set up a preventative maintenance appointment. They were flexible with when I wanted to schedule. Day of, they called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Since this was my first appointment with them, they went over my systems thoroughly and let me know what they did in terms of maintenance and the items that needed replaced. Gave me a price on the spot and had the parts with them to replace. They included my membership discount in the price of the parts. Dwight and Alex explained everything they did and why the parts needed to be replaced. They gave realistic answers to my questions instead of sugar coating things. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Nothing took them by surprise. First impressions are great and will continue using Premier in the future.
