We had to have our outside unit replaced and contacted Premier. They sent over Matt, who was great at providing us with a personalized plan for our whole system and helped us find financing that was perfect for us. Technicians Dylan and Kendal came a couple days later and installed our new system. The new system was installed with much higher professionalism and more care than our previous system. They installed an inside and outside unit and ran all new power, refrigerants lines, and new ducts. Our new system is excellent with better efficiency and performance. A few days after the install, Technicians Dylan and Lucas came and completed a full clean out of all our ductwork. They did a great job and ensured all the ducts were fully cleaned out. They made sure to be respectful of our house and pets. The entire process from purchase to duct cleaning has been so professional, respectful, and pleasant that Premier has earned a customer for life.
