The technician, Rich, called in advance as promised and arrived on time. Service was prompt and professional. Rich quickly sorted the problem and explained my options, including cost saving alternatives. He also explained the history of our specific HVAC unit and standard life expectancy, which (as I expected) ours was well beyond, being some twenty years old! Rich was kind enough to set up an appointment for an estimate so we could plan for our future HVAC needs on our own schedule.
I would happily recommend Premiere to anyone.

I called last night and Richie was able to come out the next day. Richie did a great job today. I had a bird that got into my AC unit and it was not a pretty sight. He told me how to prevent it from happening again. He removed the poor bird. Gave me info about how the AC works from the outside to the inside. Being on the safe side decided to replace the fan blades since the bird was thumping around inside the unit. I have used Premier HVAC for 6 years now. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
We had Richie come to our house for a service check. He was very professional and answered a ton of questions we had concerning our AC units. I was thankful for his honesty and felt that he was not trying to take advantage of our money.
