When getting quotes for our AC replacement, we were interested in Premier because they supported the local Greencastle-Antrim bands this past spring. In obtaining a quote and having the service done, we had excellent professionalism and kindness displayed by the whole team. We will definitely recommend them to our local friends!
The technician, Rich, called in advance as promised and arrived on time. Service was prompt and professional. Rich quickly sorted the problem and explained my options, including cost saving alternatives. He also explained the history of our specific HVAC unit and standard life expectancy, which (as I expected) ours was well beyond, being some twenty years old! Rich was kind enough to set up an appointment for an estimate so we could plan for our future HVAC needs on our own schedule.
I would happily recommend Premiere to anyone.
